I am a MLS (R) Silver Medal Award Winner and in 2007 was awarded the Top New Realtor Sales award in recognition of outstanding commitment to clients and superior work ethic. Below is a picture of me and Mike Holmes on the day I received the award!

My Background

I was born in Toronto... don't hold it against me though! My background has given me perspective about Victoria's unique specialness. I love the size of the city and the fact that it offers so much. I am also cognizant of the perils of over development. I've seen a lot of changes in Victoria over time and am aware of the impact of development on the community.

Client-focused!

I have worked in law as a trade-mark agent and office manager, been a teacher, professor and professional development trainer and now I'm a realtor. All this excellent experience has taught me to be responsible, self-directed and disciplined about  how important follow through is for my clients! I pay attention to the details!

Experienced!

I got into real estate after my husband and I renovated and re-sold some properties and I realised the opportunity for using my skills as a negotiator, leader, entrepreneur and communicator. I've taken to real estate like a duck to water and am a MLS (R) Silver Medal Award Winner.

A Passion for Real Estate

For me, Real estate has many sides to it. Legally, it provides me with the intellectual challenge of conducting a transaction well in terms of its necessary attention to detail. Creatively, there is the fun side of marketing and advertising and interpersonally, there is the fabulous side of getting to know so many people so well! It's such a rewarding experience to work with people and see their satisfaction when they find the right home.
