SO WHY TAKE A REAL ESTATE COURSE?
As a teacher, I have always had a vested interest in education. As a person, I've always wanted to people to make informed decisions. As a realtor, I felt it was important to educate people about the most important financial decision of their lives. As I have met people in real estate, I've come to realise that success in real estate is about realising the potential of a property before everyone else does. That financial success comes from making a series of good decisions. And, those decisions are based on information and knowledge.
BUYING and SELLING
Let's face it, buying and selling real estate is not an easy decision. Sometimes, it can be an emotional decision. Let's work together to take the emotion out of that decision and make it the best financial decision for you and your family.
IT'S ABOUT MANAGING LIFE TRANSITIONS
Often when people are buying and selling real estate, it's in response to various factors in their lives. Their family is expanding or contracting or there has been a major change in work or private lives. I understand that and realising the motivation behind the move can help you and me understand why you are making your decisions the way you are and what you are wanting in a home.
So, if you are interested in learning more about real estate, please feel free to contact me or Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre and register for a course. |
