Jane helped us to relocate from the suburbs to house in Fairfield. Selling a house in a neighbourhood with slowing sales, while buying in a neighbourhood where the market remained red hot was a little scary and we definitely could not have pulled it off without Jane. She went above and beyond in her efforts to both sell our existing house and find the new house of our dreams. Jane Johnston worked with us in the the fall of 2006 to buy a condo. She was a pleasure to work with, listened to what we wanted and was very patient as we were not entirely sure what we wanted until the end. She followed up on all the things we asked her for, quickly and responsibly. She made it a point to be knowledgable about the areas we were interested in and did the research quickly. We have recently sold our house and purchased another one, with the assistance of Jane Johnston as our realtor. We would like to compliment Jane for her excellent service. She was always professional, understanding, patient (you need plenty of that with me!), and always kept us abreast of the progress of the sale. We felt we were always up to date on whatever was going on.
We had a very upsetting experience with our previous realtor, so Jane was like a breath of fresh air. Throughout the stresses of both buying and selling homes she was very calm and reassuring and also kept her sense of humour which was much appreciated.
